Iranian-American Families Stage Protest Outside White House
What we do
Advocacy
We advocate for policy improvement and urge the US Department of State to extend the 212(a)(3)(B) exemption guideline to include Iranians, building on the precedent set for Afghans in June 2022.
Legal Aid
Families facing this issue are vulnerable to exploitation and misinformation. We vet lawyers and verify promises, offering free assistance.
Mental Health
Family separation in immigration cases causes significant psychological stress. We aim to help by connecting those in need with the institutions providing support services.

Advocating for Change
WE URGE THE US DEPARTMENT OF STATE TO EXTEND THEIR EXISTING EXEMPTION GUIDELINE FOR IMMIGRANT VISA, WHICH WERE ISSUED FOR AFGHANS IN JUNE 2022, TO ALSO ENCOMPASS IRANIANS.
SIMILAR TO THE TALIBAN IN AFGHANISTAN, THE IRGC CONTROLS THE COUNTRY AND FORCES MEN OVER THE AGE OF 18 FOR CONSCRIPTION.
