In December 2017, I applied for my husband's visa, facing challenges. Meanwhile, my mother battled cancer, adding to our struggles. Despite visits to Iran, her health worsened, and she passed away after my return to America. Coping with my husband's absence and my mother's loss has been overwhelming. My son dreams of his father's presence, but our hopes were dashed when he was placed on Administrative Processing. In April 2022, a letter of inadmissibility arrived due to forced IRGC conscription, leaving us shattered. All we desire is for our son to grow up with both parents in America.
