As an American citizen, I applied for an immigrant visa for my son. Unfortunately, the American embassy in Armenia refused his visa due to forced IRGC conscription. As a mother, I deeply wish to have him with the rest of our family in the United States. The separation is causing immense anxiety, and the feeling of having a family member left behind is unbearable. I kindly request your assistance in any way possible to help him obtain an immigrant visa, whether through an exception or by allowing a waiver for forced IRGC conscripts.
