My EB1 US immigration visa was refused in 2021 due to forced conscription. I am MD.MPH With 26 years of experience as a specialist in Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment, Media and Publishing Numerous Articles in prestigious journals in the world, and an international lecturer on addiction treatment and prevention; I was hoping to continue my professional path to the United States society and implement special measures and activities in the specialized field of Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment in the scientific context of the United States.

Since my daughters had reached a significant age to immigrate and all our plans to immigrate to the United States and work in the specialized field of Drug Abuse Prevention and Addiction in that country were ruined; We decided to send my daughters to Canada while we wait for the reopening of the previous route. Therefore, my daughters started their studies in Canada and we have been deprived of seeing each other for years.

I spent 2 years as a medical doctor treating patients in a clinic during my compulsory military service without having the right to choose my military location and there was absolutely no possibility of resisting and refusing to serve the military service in the appointed location, and it even could lead to legal and punitive consequences.

I expect that the United States government, with respect for fairness and justice, excludes the people who were forcefully conscripted by IRGC from Section 212 (A) 3 (B).
