As a father of US citizen my US immigrant visa was refused due to forced conscription in 2001! I have remained separated from my family and was unable to reunite with my family due to 212 inadmissibility prohibiting entry for IRGC forced conscripts. My family suffers severely as my wife raises our child alone, and I'm unable to be with my dear family.
